Our Shipping & Return Policy – Where We Ship
We currently do not ship outside of the United States and Canada.
Free Standard Shipping 1-7 Business Days
Free standard shipping is only available in the contiguous USA during listed promotions or with a valid coupon code. Orders placed after 12pm Fridays will ship the next business day.
If your order doesn’t qualify for free shipping, you may review alternative shipping options during checkout.

Within the Shipping & Return Policy, All purchases are final and no returns will be accepted, except for products that are defective upon delivery. To return a defective item, first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Returned items without proper RMA numbers may be rejected.
- No returns on any factory sealed item that has been opened.
- No returns on personal protective equipment (PPE) supplies.
RMA numbers are valid from 14 days after issuance. Once you receive an RMA number, please send the item(s) to INTEGRUM immediately.
Shipping & Return Policy: Damaged Items or Missing Parts
Damaged items or missing parts / accessories must be reported within seven (7) business days of receipt of product.
Any damage arising from a defective product will be limited to a refund of the purchase price only (waived in certain cases). Defective items will be replaced with either a replacement unit or electronic credit in same form of payment.
Refused Shipments/ Insufficient Address
If a shipment is refused for any reason, including post office non-delivery, the customer is responsible for the charge incurred to re-ship the item. If the item is not wanted after first attempt of delivery, the purchase price will be refunded less the shipping expense. INTEGRUM also reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.
Shipping & Return Policy: Item Return
Customer MUST CAREFULLY PACK defective items being returned, as if they were new and working. FAILURE TO DO SO may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.
Orders will be refunded directly back to the original form of payment. All customer returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, at the discretion of INTEGRUM. If returning an item past 7 days after receipt, shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
